This website and the book Defeat Your Saboteurs are about how to “get a life”, but not just any life. It is about how to get a good life - one worth living -- a life with an abundance of good. Or as the website says: Life Abundant.
Life Abundant... What is it? If your life sucks, you need help. You can try and try to make it better, but you will ultimately end up in the same place again…and again. I am about as un-religious as you can get, but when things got so bad that I was willing to look for God...and found Him. This website and Defeat Your Saboteurs is about why your life is as it is and what God has done for you to have a new one.
The truth is that through Jesus Christ, and specifically His death on the cross, you have access to an entirely new life. To get and live that life it is necessary to know God, know about God, how and why He works and the very real multidimensional environment (as in spirit dimension) in which you live. He wants you to learn how to control and manage the harnful, tragic, wicked forces (spirits) that labor against you on a daily basis so you can eliminate or reduce the crummy parts of your life. He offers to cover you with His gifts for the promised abundant good life.
Defeat Your Saboteurs is divided into five parts. The first focuses on understanding your spiritual environment and your enemies. The second is about God and what He did to give you a new life. The third section deals with faith: what it is and how it works. The fourth section talks about grasping the mind blowing, more-fantastic-than-fiction life that God has opened for you, and the fifth contains specific tools to acquire that good and abundant life.
The beginning is to know that like it or not, believe it or not, there is a genuine spirit realm that controls much of your existence and always impacts you for good and for ill. The Holy Bible says you are a human spirit temporarily living in a biodegradable body with a soul. This book deals with human existence on all levels in which you live - spirit, soul and body.
Defeat Your Saboteurs and this website are not only about telling. The book is also about showing you how, in Christ Jesus, to access and live the promised good and abundant life that God has opened for you. The book and website offer hard won knowledge, understanding, and tools. The Bible says that God’s people perish for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6(a).

Life Abundant - A Message of Hope
If you’ll open your heart to this information, then God will confirm it for you. You will then have to exercise your faith and take what God has given you. The Bible says: ''Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?'' Isaiah 53:1
The more traumatized you are-the harder your life has been, the lonelier you are-the more you’ll need to know, understand and act upon to live an abundant life, and the deeper you’ll have to dive into every area of your life. The greater the wounding, the greater the healing…if you will understand and embrace it. It won’t be easy, but you will move ahead into plenty even though there will be suffering, too…just know that when its over , heaven is there you.
In this fallen world, there seem to be countless “realities,” but God wants you to lay claim to the one He carved out especially for you as a result of the life and death of His Son-a life that offers eternal life, security, health, sanity and goodness.
Fasten your seat belts. It’s gonna be a bizarre ride - even mind boggling, but I promise it’s worth it. You will find Life Abundant.
